Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to and use of api67 is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of api67. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from contracting are not eligible.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on api67 or any affiliated platform.
• Not an api67 Employee: Current employees, contractors, and immediate family members of api67 staff are not eligible to hold a Member account or participate in promotions.

api67 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified in the request will result in account suspension pending further review.

Account Registration

To access the full range of api67 services, including placing bets and making deposits, you must register a Member account. The following rules govern the registration and maintenance of your account:

1. One Account Per Individual: Each natural person is permitted to hold only one api67 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide complete, truthful, and current information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. api67 will not be held liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your username or password. You must notify api67 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Contact Details: You must keep your registered contact information — including email address and phone number — accurate and up to date. api67 will use these details for account communications, security alerts, and, where opted in, promotional notifications.
5. Account Non-Transferability: Your api67 account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Any attempt to do so will render the account void.

Identity Verification (KYC)

api67 applies a rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering standards and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification may be required at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, or at any point during your membership at api67's discretion.

Documents typically required include:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National ID / KTP, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of current residential address in Indonesia dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, or BNI account showing your full name and account number).
• Additional source-of-funds documentation where api67 determines that a Member's transaction volume warrants enhanced due diligence.

All KYC documents are processed and stored securely. api67 will not share your personal documents with third parties except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy. Account withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion. api67 targets a KYC review turnaround of 24–48 hours for standard submissions during WIB business hours.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on api67 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though enhanced due diligence may apply to high-value deposits.
• Supported deposit channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay.
• Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited within 1–5 minutes of confirmation. api67 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible, minus any applicable bank charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 under standard account conditions; higher limits are available for VIP members on request.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• api67 targets withdrawal processing times of 15–30 minutes for e-wallets and 30–60 minutes for local bank transfers during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB).
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours or during peak promotional periods (e.g., Idul Fitri, Ramadhan bonus campaigns) may experience processing delays. api67 will communicate expected timelines where delays are anticipated.
• api67 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, resolution of an active dispute, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

Bonuses & Promotions

api67 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian holidays such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Members who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification. Members subject to self-exclusion or account restriction are not eligible for promotional offers.
2. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance — or any winnings derived from it — can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
3. Single Bonus Policy: Members may only participate in one bonus offer at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to combine non-combinable bonuses may result in the cancellation of one or both bonuses.
4. Abuse Prevention: api67 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — and to close the associated account — where it reasonably suspects that a Member is abusing the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting strategies designed to eliminate risk, or collusion with other Members.
5. Expiry: Unclaimed bonus offers expire at the end of their stated validity period. Bonus funds credited to an account expire if the associated wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe specified in the promotion's terms.
6. Changes to Promotions: api67 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted by Members, provided those bonuses are used in good faith and in compliance with the applicable terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply across all api67 betting and gaming products, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and in-play markets:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is not accepted until api67's system issues a confirmation. Bets placed but not confirmed — due to connectivity issues, odds changes, or system errors — are void and will be refunded.
• Odds Changes: For pre-match markets, the odds at the time a bet is placed are the binding odds for that wager. api67 reserves the right to suspend markets and update odds at any time prior to bet confirmation.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. api67 may suspend in-play markets at any time, including during ongoing events. Bets already confirmed before a suspension are unaffected.
• Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with api67's official settlement rules for each sport and market type. In the event of a dispute, api67's decision — taken in good faith and based on available official data — is final.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and Member account status.
• Slot & Casino Games: All slot and live casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology or live dealer mechanics certified by the game studios. api67 does not modify game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) rates are published by the respective studios and are available on request.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on api67 and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with api67.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic device to interact with the api67 platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from identified errors are void and subject to recalculation or recovery.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of cheating that corrupts the integrity of a sporting event or casino game.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing api67 staff or other Members.
• Accessing api67 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.

Intellectual Property

All content on the api67 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, source code, graphics, text, odds data, and game assets — is the intellectual property of api67 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, adapt, or commercially exploit any api67 intellectual property without prior written consent.

Game titles, studio names (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft), and associated assets are the property of their respective owners and are used by api67 under licence.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, api67's total liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by the Member into their api67 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

api67 expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by Force Majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or scheduled maintenance windows communicated in advance.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Fluctuations in the value of Indonesian Rupiah or any other currency.

Nothing in this clause limits api67's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy & Data

api67 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary: api67 uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, comply with KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations, personalise your experience, and — where you have opted in — to send you promotional communications. api67 does not sell your personal data to third-party marketing organisations.

Amendments

api67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, api67 will provide notice to registered Members via email or a prominent in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to prevent ongoing harm to the platform or its Members.

Your continued use of api67 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the effective date.

Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of contract law as applied by api67's licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and api67, the parties agree to attempt resolution through api67's internal complaints process in the first instance. To initiate a formal complaint, Members should contact [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and a detailed description of the issue. api67 targets a substantive response within 5 WIB business days.

api67 acknowledges that the legal status of online gambling varies across Indonesian jurisdictions and that individual Members are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with any applicable local laws before using the platform.
